Upon receiving the application, we will only charge the $100 application processing fee.
Tuition must be paid by the end of the 1st week of class. Students may pay school tuition and fees in advance once they have received their visa. Please send a request for advanced payment to occinternational@cccd.edu.
IEC accepts payment by credit card, debit card, check, money order, cash, or wire through Flywire. A wire transfer is also accepted for a $20 fee. Please contact us at occinternational@cccd.edu for wire transfer information.
For a full refund, refund requests by new students must be made (in person or in writing) prior to the first day of class of a session. For continuing students, refund requests must be made prior to the end of the previous session and any change in the length of program must be made in writing before the beginning of the next session. It takes 2 to 3 weeks for IEC to process your refund. Student must inform IEC staff about the mailing address of the refund. Application fee is non-refundable.

Conditional Admission to Orange Coast College (OCC)

If you would like to receive a conditional admission letter to OCC, please submit a completed OCC application along with your IEC application materials. IEC will forward your complete application to Orange Coast College admissions staff.
Only one bank statement is required with a minimum amount of $29,459.
